Hardware Requirements

Category Management Toolkit

The operation of the software Store Maker®, Range Finder®, Shelf Maker®, Range Adapter® and Data 
Manager requires the following hardware: 

  1. Microsoft Windows 10 (or higher) 64-Bit systems with 16 GB RAM, Intel Core-i 12th 
    generation processor or comparable with 8 cores at least, SSD with 256 GB capacity, thereof 
    at least 20 GB free space for CM Toolkit resp. Data Manager 
  2. Minimum screen resolution 1920 x 1080
  3. (only for the 3D visualisation feature) Graphic Card: AMD/ATI Radeon 9500, NVIDIA GeForce 
    5 FX, Intel GMA 4500, or better, supporting OpenGL 2.0 or better
  4. Terminal Server Environments are not supported

Shopper Activation Mobile

The operation of the software SAM Store® and SAM Shelf® requires the following hardware: 

  1. iPadOS operating system: tablet with support for the latest iPadOS version, at least 3 GB 
    RAM, at least 20 GB free memory for SAM®
  2. Android operating system: Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 FE or comparable, min. 4 GB RAM, min. 
    20 GB free memory for SAM®, min. Android Version 14 
  3. Windows operating system: Windows 10 (or higher) on tablet with 8 GB RAM, Intel Core-I 
    12th generation processor or comparable with 4 cores at least, 
    SSD with 128 GB capacity, thereof at least 20 GB free memory for SAM® 
  4. For Photos in addition a rear camera

mySAM

The Operation of the mySAM® app requires the following hardware: 

  1. An internet connection during use of the app
  2. A camera
  3. 2 GB free memory for mySAM®
  4. iOS/iPadOS operating system: iPhone/iPad with support for the latest iPadOS version, at 
    least 2 GB RAM
  5. Android operating system: at least Android 13, 64 Bit operating system, at least 4 GB RAM
